CREW Houston implements and support CREW Network career outreach agenda, which helps develop future women leaders in the industry through participation in educational outreach, as well as scholarship and mentoring programs.     Collaborates on monthly luncheon topics that are interesting, timely and informative. Each year, the programs committee brainstorms topics and speakers for the monthly luncheons including October’s Annual Economic Outlook Luncheon. Specific tasks include developing the program idea, securing and briefing speakers, determining speaker format and providing information for communication and marketing materials. Committee members form sub-committees for each individual luncheon program. Sub-committees are responsible for obtaining speakers, gathering speaker(s) contact information and bio, coordinating all logistics and AV requirements and writing the program summary.

  • Special Events

    Organizes opportunities for socializing and networking outside the monthly luncheon programs, most of which are for members only. The special events are real estate focused with a networking component. Responsible for coordinating social Dine-Around events that are held in member’s homes or restaurants, including the well-attended Fall Fashion Show at Saks Fifth Avenue with dinner immediately following at the Saks Restaurant, “5115”.

  • Sponsorship

    Offers exposure, marketing, publicity and visibility opportunities within CREW Houston for organizations in our local commercial real estate industry. Where else could you have direct contact with CRE industry leaders and decision makers? The majority of CREW Houston sponsors are recurring and highly supportive. Incoming new sponsors are solicited for one of three levels of sponsorship: Platinum, Gold and Silver. Duties include obtaining commitment letters and funds from sponsors (September – January), collecting company bios, meeting with sponsors to help develop relationships, organizing and hosting the Annual Economic Outlook Luncheon reception in October, the Annual Sponsorship reception in September and arranging head-table seating for the featured luncheon sponsors at each luncheon.
