CREW Foundation
CREW Foundation was founded in 1998 as a 501('c) (3), the philanthropic arm of CREW Network. CREW Foundation is committed to supporting CREW Network in advancing the success of women in commercial real estate through charitable, philanthropic, and educational programs.
During the initial years of CREW Foundation, more than $710,000 in grants was contributed to programs of other organizations. However, in honor of CREW Foundation's ten year milestone, a strategic shift was made that better aligns the Foundation's priorities with those of CREW Network, improving the economic self-sufficiency of women and girls. CREW Foundation's commitment is to raise money that helps to advance the success of women in commercial real estate through CREW Network's Career Outreach initiatives.
These initiatives currently include:

CREW Careers: Building Opportunities®, is a career awareness initiative for high school aged girls sharing career opportunities in commercial real estate as well as encouraging them to stay in school and seek out a college degree

UCREW, targets university-level young women and provides intimate networking opportunity at the chapter levels

e-Mentoring,provides one-on-one mentoring opportunities for women in college, women in entry level positions and/or women desiring to enter a career in the commercial real estate industry

Scholarship program,we are uniquely positioned to offer women substantial scholarship funds to assist them in continuing their higher education degree in a commercial real estate related field.
CREW Foundation is committed to continuing to identify funding sources to support CREW Network's Career Outreach initiatives and the newly launched CREW Network Scholarship Endowment Fund. As one of over 8,000 CREW members, every one of us can make a difference.
